Anthony S. Clark, CFA
Mr. Clark is the founder, owner, and Managing Member of Innovation Capital Management, LLC (ICM). He also is a Director and Audit Committee member of The Japan Equity Fund (JEQ) and The Taiwan Fund (TWN). Mr. Clark previously served as Chief Investment Officer of the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System, Deputy Chief Investment Officer of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, and Director of Global Equities in the investment department of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
Mr. Clark holds an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received BS and ME degrees in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. Mr. Clark is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Pia Dinon-Clark
Ms. Dinon-Clark serves as Chief Operating Officer for Innovation Capital Management LLC (ICM). She is responsible for managing the business and back-office operations of ICM. Pia joined ICM after serving in a similar capacity with Complete Back Office LLC and in various financial, managerial, and development roles with a local nonprofit. Pia’s prior work experience at a large national banking firm involved a wide range of financial and managerial services, including finance, budgeting, and accounting.
Pia is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and has a BA in French from Rosemont College. She is a member of the Arlington Women’s Civic Alliance and volunteers at Arlington Free Clinic.
